SYNOPSIS : Torres del Paine is a national park in Chile. While hiking in an absolutely stunning Patagonian landscape, we experienced the breathtaking beauty of mountains, lakes, streams, and abundant wildlife. What really intensified a truly joyful experience and also gave it a degree of gravitas, however, was sharing a remote part of the natural world with Angelina, a fellow traveler with ALS whose presence in the wilderness was facilitated by Team Gleason and a specially designed wheelchair.
