The lyrics convey a powerful mood: after a period of darkness and solitude, the narrator feels a renewed sense of life and energy. Inspired by nature and his love for a woman, he decides to leave past mistakes behind and embrace life and love with new commitment. With the urge to let out his emotions and “rock this city,” he looks forward to the future with confidence.
