SYNOPSIS : Hunter’s Stew unveils a grim tale of digital deception and twisted desires, where Jason, a disillusioned husband in his mid-30s, finds refuge in the shadowy corners of the dating app Meat Market. Under the guise of his Meat Market profile he seeks out women to degrade and control, keeping his predatory escapades hidden from his wife, Annette.Drawn to Wendy, a seemingly submissive country girl on the app, Jason arranges a meeting at her secluded house, expecting yet another encounter to assert his dominance. However, he is unaware that Wendy and her brother Everett use the app to lure their victims for purposes far more sinister than he can imagine.Upon arriving, Jason discovers that he is not the predator but the prey, ensnared in a deadly game orchestrated by Wendy and Everett. Wendy, driven by a dark blend of lust and manipulation, seeks to derive sexual satisfaction from her victims before their inevitable demise. However, her plans are consistently thwarted by Everett’s impulsive eagerness to kill, leading to tension between the siblings.As the night progresses, Jason is horrified to learn that he might become part of a macabre meal—Wendy and Everett’s perpetually simmering “Hunter’s Stew,” which is sustained with the remains of those they have entrapped. His dawning realization that he has consumed the evidence of their previous encounters adds a grotesque layer to his terror.Hunter’s Stew explores the perverse dynamics of online anonymity, flipping the hunter-prey narrative to expose the darkest human desires.
