SYNOPSIS : Shimon Askanazi was born in Greece April 1918. Like most young men, he had dreams and aspirations, the biggest was to go to medical school and become a doctor, just like his father.
But by 1941, all of that changed. Shimon, was Jewish. His dreams of going to medical school changed when the Nazis arrived, and began the Final Solution in Greece.
